"I have used this location for over 20 years and 3 owners. While I only use it for my life insurance now, I have used it for home and auto. It is the friendly service by people who have worked there for years that keep me using this location even though I don't live in Monroe anymore.
The only downside is that it doesn't have any weekend hours."

"My bank account was recently hacked and I had a few automated withdrawals being taken out. I got in touch with Annette to see about my account with State Farm and what I could do because my bank account is currently frozen and I didn’t want to over draft on anything when it did become available again. While also waiting for my money to be returned. Annette was so helpful and reassuring on what was available to me! I’ve been a customer with this office for over 15 years and wouldn’t think of ever leaving here!!
They are always looking out for me and my best interest Annette made me feel so much better when I have been so stressed in this awful event that has happened. I’m so thankful for her!"
